By accessing or using the Canary platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Services
Canary provides IoT sensor hardware and a cloud-based monitoring platform for temperature, humidity, and environmental data. Our services include real-time monitoring, automated alerts, and compliance reporting.
Hardware and Subscriptions
Sensor hardware is purchased upfront. Monitoring subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time. Subscriptions begin when your system is installed and transmitting data.
Limitation of Liability
Canary provides monitoring and alerting services as a tool to assist with environmental monitoring. We are not liable for losses resulting from equipment failures, notification delays, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
